Money questions
Is there really a free trial? +
Yes — 14 days, full Growth capability, no card required. You get real API credentials and can screen real data from day one. When the trial ends you can downgrade, upgrade, or walk away with your data export.
What counts as a "screening"? +
One subject (person or entity) screened against your full watchlist stack — through the API or the workspace — counts as one screening. Re-screening the same subject within 24 hours without new data is free. Batch files count per unique subject.
What happens if we exceed our monthly quota? +
Screening never stops. Overages are billed at $0.10 per screening (Starter) or $0.02 (Growth), capped at 50% of your plan's monthly price, and you can set a hard cap in billing settings. Enterprise is unlimited.
Do you offer a discount for annual contracts? +
Annual billing gives you two months free (~17% off the monthly rate) — $83/mo instead of $99, $291/mo instead of $349. Non-profits and regulated microfinance institutions may qualify for additional terms; ask us.
Can we pay by invoice rather than card? +
Yes. Invoice payment with 30-day terms is available on Growth (annual) and Enterprise. Cards, SEPA and GCC local transfers are all supported.
